  Conveniently, I come to you, instruct you on your computer, and at your own pace.  Whether you would like to learn new programs, manage your files, or utilize the diversity of the windows environment, I can help, and assure an enjoyable and productive learning experience.

 You will learn much more effectively and efficiently than traditional classes, which run according to their schedule.  I believe my clients are unique and special.  Personalized and customized training is your teacher and you, working together, so you can understand and apply valuable information - information that you want and need, which is simply not available in a traditional classroom format.

 Every client has specific needs.  My session starts with the turning on of the computer to specific advanced features of programs that can benefit you.  I start where you need to start, and teach you how to get your work done faster and easier.

 Before we meet, I ask you to answer a few simple questions so we can tailor each lesson to your specific needs and concerns.  There is simply no better way to learn!

 Why not learn on a project you need help on?  Let me know if you have any specific requests and we will customize each lesson so you not only learn, but also get your current projects the attention they need.

 After your tutoring appointment, you will be considered a valued client.  I am are there for you when you need me - yes, even in times of panic!  Depending on the symptoms, I may be able to give you the simple cure over the phone or, if necessary, I can come out for a service call.
